Leah is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC 16138#) and Leadership & Career Transition Coach who earned her Master’s in Counselling Psychology from The University of British Columbia. She is completing her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University. Leah combines her counselling skills with a unique coach approach to support individuals through career and life transitions and to improve wellbeing. She supports clients to recognize their strengths, build confidence in decision-making, develop stronger relationships, and achieve their life and career goals. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, perfectionism and those diagnosed or self-identified with ADHD and/or Autism. In working with a diverse population of clients, she draws on skills and knowledge built through her work over more than 30 years in clinical and university settings. Her ongoing leadership coaching training, counselling experience, and interest in research informs her evidence-based approach. Leah brings her energy and commitment for building insight, hope, and momentum to every one of her clients.
